Do you have a shop?

I work from a private studio based at my home address. Face to face consultations and order collections are arranged by appointment.

Where are you based?

I am based in the beautiful coastal village of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea in Northumberland.

Do you deliver?

Yes – I deliver locally to Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, North Seaton, Ashington, Choppington, Guidepost, Ellington, Lynemouth, Blyth, Pegswood, Morpeth and Cramlington. I charge a small fee for delivery.

Can I collect from you?

Sure – we can arrange a time that’s convenient for you to collect.

How can I order flowers from you?

You can order online via my website, you can call me by phone or contact me by email, Whatsapp, Facebook or Instagram to place an order.

Do you offer same-day delivery/collections?

Unfortunately, this is not something I am able to provide currently as my work space is limited and I don’t have passing trade, meaning it would not be financially viable for me to order additional stock for pre-emptive sales. I require at least 24 hours notice of your order, so if you’re prepared to wait I promise it’ll be worth it! The added benefit to you, the customer, is that your flowers will bought fresh specific to your order.

I can’t see what I want on your website, how do I go about ordering something bespoke?

No problem – you’re welcome to call me for a chat during my business hours (or I can call you if you prefer). If you would prefer to talk online you are free to text, Whatsapp, email or contact me on Facebook Messenger or Instagram. I will discuss your ideas, requirements and budget to create something amazing for you!

How do I pay?

You can pay securely online via my website, or arrange to pay by debit card over the telephone, bank transfer, Paypal or by cash if you prefer. Payment is required at the point of ordering. Funeral orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
